I love my Jashen vacuum so much I have 2 of them. My only complaint is how soon the battery runs out. It runs maybe 15-20 minutes.

First, I had my vacuum for less than a year before it needed a new battery. I had to diagnose this issue myself, because the web info wasn’t helpful. And when I decided to try a new battery, I couldn’t find it on the official website. By reading others’ reviews, I saw that I needed to make the purchase from the company’s Facebook page. (What’s that about??). I wasn’t 100% sure that I could trust the Facebook page, nor was I 100% sure a new battery (at $62! I only paid $130 for the vacuum on a flash sale!)—but the site was legit, and the battery arrived as promised. Turns out it is the right fix. We’ll see how long this one lasts. I’m doing the math because at some point I will decide I should have bought the Dyson stick….) The vacuum itself is good!

A good vacuum, with the ability of the battery back up that has it's own spot for charging is what makes this one stand out.

We are pleased to have received a backup battery for our Jashen-tech Vacuum Cleaner as it provides more flexible time for our cleaning needs. So far, the battery buddy is working well; we will continue to use the system for further observation and examination of overall quality.

It's great to have a spare Batter pack for the V-18 Jashen Cordless Vacuum. When I bought the vacuum several weeks to ago, every supplier was out of stock for the battery pack necessary to run the vacuum (when you order the vacuum, it comes with a battery, but I wanted an extra). So, I ordered a battery directly from Jashen (who was also out of battery stock at the time), I figured that the manufacturer would restock before any other retailer. And, I was correct; and they came through for me. Now, when my battery runs out of juice, I can simply plug in the spare and finish the job. If the spare runs out before I finish, I always have the previous battery freshly charged in my charger ready to go. (What can I say, I'm 68 and slow at vacuuming). The batteries really charge-up quickly compared to those I have for other brands' cordless appliances and makes every vacuum job for me go seamlessly with batteries instead of getting tangled-up with a corded vacuum. It really makes the chore of vacuuming go so much faster than your conventional heavy vacuum; it's so much lighter and great on stairs..
