First, I had my vacuum for less than a year before it needed a new battery. I had to diagnose this issue myself, because the web info wasn’t helpful. And when I decided to try a new battery, I couldn’t find it on the official website. By reading others’ reviews, I saw that I needed to make the purchase from the company’s Facebook page. (What’s that about??). I wasn’t 100% sure that I could trust the Facebook page, nor was I 100% sure a new battery (at $62! I only paid $130 for the vacuum on a flash sale!)—but the site was legit, and the battery arrived as promised. Turns out it is the right fix. We’ll see how long this one lasts. I’m doing the math because at some point I will decide I should have bought the Dyson stick….) The vacuum itself is good!
I have no issues with the order/shipping process. I now know that I need to replace the filter sooner.
My vacuum after being on the charger cuts off after only running for a couple of minutes. Any ideas?
I've had this vaccum for a couple months and am still completely satisfied with this vaccum. I find my using even for areas I previously used my Dyson.
