Before you Apply for Warranty


How long is the warranty guarantee?

All JASHEN brand products come with at least a manufacturers'12-month warranty. If you encounter any problems with your product during this period, simply email us support@jashen.com for assistance.
All Unauthorized returns will be refused.


How can i process the warranty ?

Process:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase(Order number from online purchases made through our official store and authorized resellers).
● Contact our Customer support with your purchase proof, details description of the issue or related proof needed.
● JASHEN will verify and give you solution(return, refunds or exchange).
Note: It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection before JASHEN release a replacement
Our CS will send you prepaid return label with return address.


Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by JASHEN quality control to be in working condition.
● Returning defective items in international shipping.
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).


Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
● Lost or stolen products.
● Items that have expired their warranty period.
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
● Free products.
● Repairs through 3rd parties.
● Damage from outside sources.
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, operating devices improperly).
● Purchases from unauthorized resellers.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:


To be eligible for a full refund,
● Returns must include all accessories.
● Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
● Items must be in its original packaging.
● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
● For non-quality related warranty claims, JASHEN refunds the cost of the product itself.
● Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through JASHEN’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

Battery pack for V16 Cordless Vacuum

I have purchased jashen v16 and I got a paper with a gift for a second battery that I will receive if I give a comment on the platfom, after contacting the team that promised to send me the second battery but they never did, now my first battery is not working anymore, and no one is helping.

Muy decepcionada

Llevo meses buscando filtros y en Amazon no están disponible hasta hoy que si parece que hay ya stock, solo me daba la opción de pedirlo desde la web que venían del extranjero y me costaba un filtro 30€. Y ahora que ya lo puedo comprar en Amazon por poco más de 14€, resulta que empieza a fallar la aspiradora, que pierde fuerza y no se si si es la batería o que. El caso que la batería , ahora no la tiene Amazon disponible y aquí cuesta casi 70€, vamos que me merece más la pena comprar otra nueva. Y por su puesto no de esta marca. No la recomiendo

Works, but was hard to purchase and expensive

First, I had my vacuum for less than a year before it needed a new battery. I had to diagnose this issue myself, because the web info wasn’t helpful. And when I decided to try a new battery, I couldn’t find it on the official website. By reading others’ reviews, I saw that I needed to make the purchase from the company’s Facebook page. (What’s that about??). I wasn’t 100% sure that I could trust the Facebook page, nor was I 100% sure a new battery (at $62! I only paid $130 for the vacuum on a flash sale!)—but the site was legit, and the battery arrived as promised. Turns out it is the right fix. We’ll see how long this one lasts. I’m doing the math because at some point I will decide I should have bought the Dyson stick….) The vacuum itself is good!

Filter replacements

I have no issues with the order/shipping process. I now know that I need to replace the filter sooner.

My vacuum after being on the charger cuts off after only running for a couple of minutes. Any ideas?
