Esta aspiradora me gusto mucho ya que tengo una gatita que suelta mucho pelo el único inconveniente es que mi batería ya no sirve y no puedo comprar una nueva ya que no la ponen ala venta y es muy frustrante por que mi aspiradora aún está íntegra solo necesito que ya again el stock de las carterías por que no quiero tener que comprarme otra igual solo por que la pila ya no sirve si ese es el caso prefiero gastar en una aspiradora mejor que no necesito remplazo de batería o si lo necesitas mínimo que si se encuentre en stock. Le pido por favor a la compañía de jashen que pongan las cartería en stock para los que ya contamos con su aspiradora poder seguir usándola

I am thinking you sent me a used battery as put in the vacuum it lasted 10 minutes so to me it is worthless

I was only able to use this vacuum for 8 months. Since then, no replacement batteries have been available. Jashen keeps selling this vacuum with batteries to new customers but doesn't supply batteries to current customers. While the quality of the item build is solid, it requires constant charging so I can't finish my downstairs without recharging it and it cannot be plugged into the wall.

Points to Consider:

1. Requires a recharge to finish two standard rooms.
2. After just 8 months a replacement battery is needed.
3. The replacement battery cost is $70 - that's over half the price of the vacuum.
4. Total 5-year Cost of Ownership too high. (1 Vacuum ($130) + 6.5 batteries ($455) = $585)
6. Replacement batteries are rarely available.
7. Works well on hard floors but not on carpet.

I very that I brought. I mainly brought to clean up spills. It does an excellent job.
